Returns

SOHOUSE accepts returns for damaged or faulty items only.

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify SOHOUSE within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the damage and original packaging.

Approved returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Items returned outside this timeframe may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Returns are not accepted for:

-Change of mind

-Custom or branded items

-Minor variations in packaging or product appearance

-Delays caused by couriers

SOHOUSE complies with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Once an approved return is received and assessed, SOHOUSE will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

General Terms Of Service

By placing an order with SOHOUSE, you agree to these Terms of Service. These apply to all purchases made through the SOHOUSE website, including one off, bulk, corporate, and customised orders.

SOHOUSE reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time.

Products and Availability

All SOHOUSE gifts are thoughtfully curated using premium products. From time to time, minor substitutions of equal or greater value may be required due to supplier availability. Any substitutions will maintain the overall quality, style, and value of the gift.

Images on the website are for presentation purposes only. Slight variations in colour, packaging, or presentation may occur.

Custom and Branded Orders

Once an order for personalised, branded, or customised products has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all branding files, spelling, and details are correct prior to approval. SOHOUSE is not responsible for errors approved by the client.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Full payment is required before orders are processed or dispatched, including bulk and corporate orders.

SOHOUSE reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

Bulk and Corporate Orders

Bulk pricing and minimum order quantities apply where stated.

Lead times will be confirmed at the time of ordering. Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary.

Shipping Policy

SOHOUSE ships Australia wide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise agreed for bulk or corporate orders.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only. SOHOUSE is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier.

Lost or delayed parcels must be raised directly with the courier. SOHOUSE will assist where possible but cannot guarantee outcomes once parcels are in transit.
